You must be a Not for profit, registered charitable organization to be eligible to receive funding from United Way of Quinte.

PLEASE READ ALL OPTIONS CAREFULLY ~ the application format has changed substantially!

ALL AGENCIES MUST DOWNLOAD, REVIEW AND ENDORSE THE AGENCY GUIDELINES

If your agency did not receive funding from United Way of Quinte for the 2009/2010 funding year please download and complete:

• Section 3
• Section 4

If your agency is requesting more than $10,000 from United Way of Quinte, regardless of whether you received funding in 2009/2010 from United Way or not, please download and complete:
• Section 1
• Section 2
• Section 3
• Section 4

If your agency was funded by United Way of Quinte for the 2009/2010 funding year, and is requesting $10,000 or less from United Way of Quinte for the 2010/2011 funding year, please download and complete:

• Section 3 and
• Section 4

If your agency is applying for funding on behalf of a formalized collaboration of agencies, regardless of the amount being applied for, please download and complete:

If your agency is NOT applying for funding, but would like to be an Affiliate Agency of United Way, please download and complete:
