Judi Gilbert

Judi began her role with United Way of Quinte in May, 2011. Judi is responsible for the day-to-day management of an organization with a strong reputation and high expectations. She oversees business and financial affairs, including the development of budgets. In a highly competitive fundraising environment forming strong ties with corporate and individual investors and the community at large are key priorities for Judi.
Judi has extensive experience in working in both the public and private sector. Her background includes public relations, fundraising and organizational development. Judi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from York University, Toronto.
Tambra Patrick-MacDonald

Tambra has over 25 years experience in financial management and joined United Way of Quinte in January of 2000. Tambra provides leadership in accounting and financial management. She oversees the Finance Department’s day-to-day processes and administers the development and timely delivery of relevant reports to staff, board and all other stakeholders.
Brandi Hodge

Brandi has been actively involved in the social service sector for over twenty years and recently rejoined United Way of Quinte in October, 2011. Brandi is responsible for strategic initiatives, community investment and partnership building, research, evaluation, and capacity building. She also works closely with our Board Committees and oversees Allocations. Brandi is also a founding member of the Quinte West Youth Centre, a precedent setting facility for local youth.
Amy Watkins (maternity leave)

Amy joined United Way of Quinte in April 2010 and has over fifteen years experience in the not for profit sector. Amy is currently on maternity leave but upon her return in November she will once again play a key role in providing exceptional support to United Way of Quinte funded agencies. She also coordinates Day of Caring, Caring for Others, and the Good Backpack programs. In addition, Amy oversees the Allocation process and will assist in community investment and capacity building initiatives.
Larry Doyle

Larry joined United Way of Quinte in 2005. Prior to that Larry served as a volunteer for over twenty years including six years on the Board of Directors. Larry’s main focus is supporting campaign and ensuring local unions are kept abreast of United Way initiatives, including campaign, as well as other activities related to Labour. Larry is a thirty-three year retiree of Nortel, Belleville.

Bob joined United Way of Quinte in June of 2006. Bob is responsible for employment and housing supports. As a retired teacher of thirty years, Bob has played a number of leadership roles in the community including president of the local secondary school teacher’s union, president of the Quinte Labour Council and chair of the Loyalist College Board of Governors.

Curt has been with United Way of Quinte since April, 2010. Curt analyzes and identifies areas of opportunity in the community and works closely with many of our workplace campaigns and investors. He has widespread experience working in the public sector and has exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Lyndsey is the newest member of our team having joined United Way of Quinte in February, 2012. Her responsibilities include coordinating and supporting initiatives related to our annual fundraising campaign, database management as well as providing exceptional support to our workplace campaigns. Lyndsey has spent the last five years working in the not for profit sector and has experience in fundraising, special events and social media.
